Women's Health Psychiatry opening in Charlotte, NC Full-time, permanent positionEmployed opportunitySeeking BC / BE Overview : Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our women's center for mental health Outpatient clinic hours, Monday – Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm to include occasional work beyond the 8-5 schedule Patient Population : women ages 16+ On-Call Duty : Up to 2 weeks per year This position is uniquely focused on women's mental health, supporting patients ages 16 and older through a holistic, evidence-based approach The ideal candidate will have expertise in women's mental health and an interest in community engagement and education In addition to direct patient care, responsibilities include contributing to data-driven program development and participating in public speaking engagements to promote awareness and advocacy for women’s mental wellness Elevate your psychiatry career with opportunities to engage in data-driven program development, contribute to public education, and take on meaningful administrative and strategic initiatives within a center focused on women’s mental health Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in office, remaining days remote work with video visits; in-person availability must be flexible Team support of a psychologist, APPs and therapist Supervision of APPs Comp / Benefits : Two-year salary guarantee Relocation allowance Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Comprehensive medical and retirement benefits Paid leave benefits Malpractice coverage Emphasis on work-life balance About Medical Group : One of the largest medical groups in the nation Resiliency training for physicians and team members to prevent burnout Nationally recognized for advanced care One of the largest community-based, non-profit healthcare systems
