Requirements

Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain – state timelines vary)

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a background check

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Prior sales, service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

Commission paid directly by partnered carriers

Earnings are based on individual sales performance

Requirements

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 100% Uncapped Commission 1099 Able to pass a background check and complete licensing (3-7 days, we’ll guide you through it every step of the way). Prior experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or training is a plus—but not required. Comfortable working remotely and independently.
