The Pulmonary Medicine division is widely recognized for the breadth of services we provide and the depth of experience our clinicians bring to each patient. Every year we conduct more than 15,000 outpatient visits and care for hundreds of inpatients. We are a leader in diagnosing and managing common concerns like cough, asthma, and sleep disorders to more complex issues including bronchopulmonary dysplasia, interstitial lung disease, and lung transplantation. In addition, we specialize in caring for children and adults with cystic fibrosis. Key responsibilities include : assisting clinician during examinations, scheduling, receiving and / or registering patients, collecting, verifying and recording required information, identifying and reporting unusual findings or changes in patient condition to Registered Nurse, obtaining records, files and / or results for appointments and entering related information on appropriate computer systems, answering, screening and routing telephone calls and performing general office support tasks, transporting patients, supplies and equipment as needed. Working a schedule of 40 hours per week, 8 : 30a- 5p, Monday through Friday. Minimal qualifications include HS Diploma or GED and 1 year of Clinical Assistant experience or related experience. Pediatric experience strongly preferred. Office / Site Location : Boston. Regular, Temporary, Per Diem : Regular. Remote Eligibility : Onsite Only. Pay Range : $17.65-$24.27 Hourly.
