Collections Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Support 2 (French Speaking Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails to negotiate payments and resolve account balances

Utilize industry knowledge and departmental policies to make informed collection decisions and apply appropriate collection tools

Perform skip tracing on accounts and participate in special projects as required

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field

At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry

Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing experience

French speaking preferred

Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable Federal laws
