Job descriptionRespond to client requests for appliance service Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation Repair appliances Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services Adhere to manufacturer recommendations Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances Maintain accurate and detailed records High school diploma / GED Associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is REQUIRED Valid drivers license and clean driving record EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferred Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Excellent customer service skills
