Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Management :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
• Managing relationships and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and develop actionable plans to foster growth.
• Address partnership challenges promptly, offering solutions and supporting internal teams in resolving service issues.
• Keep internal teams informed of key initiatives and challenges.
• Ability to build relationships and follow through on recommendations to improve performance, relationships and other aspects of account management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to create digital marketing strategies that include SEO, paid advertising and social media marketing.
• Analyze account performance using captured data to identify underperforming areas and improve results, aligning campaigns with industry benchmarks.
• Present performance data effectively to clients to help build upon engagements and further partnerships.
• Work with team members to ensure campaigns meet objectives and leverage data insights to drive actionable recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, sharing knowledge to enhance the agency's account management strategy.
• Foster an engaging work environment and coordinate effectively with internal teams, including advertising specialists, and SEO specialists.
