Job Summary

Traveling Sous Chef – Join Our Culinary Team and Make a Difference! We are seeking a Traveling Executive Chef to support Morrison accounts in Orlando and nationwide. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and is committed to delivering high-quality meals in healthcare settings.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to hospital locations across the country to provide culinary support as needed.
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Train and support on-site culinary teams, implementing standardized recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare food service regulations and dietary requirements.
  • Bring creativity and leadership to enhance patient, staff, and visitor dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in food service.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or high-volume food service is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.
