Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Data Operations Specialist (Salesforce Data Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an expert on the data model supporting all Shop and Trip communications

Build, QA, and publish audiences in Salesforce Data Cloud for activation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Monitor audience publishing schedules and maintain automations between Data Cloud and SFMC

Required Qualifications

Strong expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, including Calculated Insights and Identity Resolution

Advanced SQL proficiency for segmentation and data validation

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Automation Studio and Journey Builder

Database development experience or equivalent technical foundation

Familiarity with Data Streams, Data Actions, and API-based automations
