Vector Fleet Management is seeking an Automotive Service Writer to join our team in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. If you have at least two years of proven Automotive Service Advisor experience or have graduated from a related school or program, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you!

What you’ll do

• Provide professional and accurate service advice to customers and coordinate vehicle repair paths
• Communicate customer needs both verbally and in the FMIS system
• Coordinate with customer drivers and operator’s vehicles for equipment requiring service and repair
• Assist with scheduling, parts coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely service
