Las Vegas, NV law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation and business / transactional practice. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, including construction defect and business disputes, in a collaborative and professional environment.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Nevada Bar license in good standing

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in construction defect and / or business litigation

Strong file handling and case management skills

Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of case handling, from inception through resolution

Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and provide analysis to support litigation strategy

Participate in discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and document review

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed

Develop case strategies and provide guidance to clients throughout the litigation process
