Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and customer service related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications
Support providers, end users, and patients with inquiries and issues
Utilize a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for tracking support requests
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
One year of related work experience in customer service or information technology systems support
Prior work experience in a healthcare environment and / or with EMR is preferred
Experience with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
