Travel Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel RN - Labor & Delivery / PP

Shift :  Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length : 13 Weeks

Holidays : 1 Major, 1 Minor. Major RN holidays : Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Yrs. Major Tech holidays : Christmas and New Years

Requirements :

CA license

2 years of prior experience in L&D

C-section experience required : Yes- scrub, recovery, and circulate experience required for L&D

BLS, NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), A1 fetal heart monitoring

Travel experience preferred

Other Details :

• EMR :  Cerner
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Deliver down to 23 wks, some high risk- Antepartum, HTN , plan to tx out if known cardiac abnormality. Have perinatology support
• Ratios : 1 : 1 close to delivery, 1 : 2 otherwise, 1 : 4 couplets on postpart
• First to Float
• Floating : PP-no unless NICU background for feeder / grower, L&D to postpartum. Typically don't work interchangably

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
