A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to enhance the effectiveness of customer-facing teams and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate new hire ramp and establish core skills
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs and develop the GTM Sales Playbook
Coordinate product launch readiness and develop GTM-facing content while experimenting with AI tools for team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a B2B revenue organization, particularly in sales, training, product marketing, or customer success
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Workramp, and Guru (or similar tools)
Experience delivering classroom training and facilitation
Exposure to various Sales Methodologies is highly desired
Experience in developing training content and customer / prospect facing talk tracks is preferred
