Global Account Manager
The Global Account Manager reports to the Manager of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing customer base across international markets, with a strong emphasis on upselling and expanding relationships. You will partner with leading global brands across EMEA & APAC, acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers unlock greater value from our solutions. This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse set of accounts worldwide. Success requires a balance of strategic thinking, adaptability to different cultures, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Expand Accounts : Develop and execute account plans that identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build Relationships : Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and industries.
- Engage Globally : Navigate cultural nuances and business practices to drive outcomes in varied international markets.
- Partner Internally : Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
- Sales Operations : Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into global opportunities.
- Flexibility : Work across time zones with adaptability to meet the needs of global customers.
- Represent the Company : Attend trade shows and occasional client visits to represent the brand and foster growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience : 3+ years in Account Management or a Sales role with a strong focus on upsell and expansion.SaaS Expertise : Proven experience managing accounts in a SaaS or B2B software environment.Global Mindset : Ability to work effectively with international customers, respecting cultural and business differences.Industry Background (Preferred) : Familiarity with FMCG, distribution, health & beauty, or food & beverage sectors.Tech-Savvy : Salesforce proficiency and comfort working with modern sales tech tools.Strong Communicator : Clear, persuasive, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Independent & Driven : Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work across time zones.Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
