• Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Every third weekend required with holidays as needed
• Patient ratio of 1 : 6 for all shifts
• Float required to all Cone Health campuses if needed
• Minimum 1 year experience required - no first time travelers
• Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Care for patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility
• Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation care for stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical, brain injury, and spinal cord injury patients
• Responsibilities include interpretation of laboratory results, medication reconciliation, vital signs monitoring, dressing changes, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and telephone triage
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in 49-bed unit with daily census of 39
