NOW HIRING IN ALLENTOWN, PA!

A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Allentown. This position will serve as the Community Director for multiple conventional communities in the area. When you join PMI, you are joining a stable and growing employee-owned management company at the forefront of the real estate industry that has been in business for over 55 years.

Rate : Depending on experience and position.

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am -5 : 00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
  • Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
  • Assist with property improvement projects.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
  • Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
  • Travel is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma / GED.
