Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.

Position : Counselor II (School based)
Summary : The Counselor II provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as assigned. Duties may vary per location / department. In this role, the Counselor II conducts comprehensive clinical assessments as a part of the diagnostic process, reviews ongoing delivery of services, identifies individual client needs and diagnoses substance use and / or mental health disorders.
Shift : Individual schedules are determined with supervisor and within business needs / hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. This will be a hybrid position, where your time will be divided between 2 locations : school based (60%) and Columbia Community Mental Health (40%).
Salary Range : $66,081.60 To $83,512.00 (Annually)

Position Requirements : Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW preferred. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred. Combination of education / experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
