We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our us in  Puyallup . This is a full-time position with a target start date at the beginning of the new year .

We're seeking someone who is compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference. The ideal candidate enjoys working alongside physical therapists and other members of the care team to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and reach their goals.

We're especially interested in someone who has experience treating firefighters, first responders, or tactical athletes-or a strong interest in developing those skills . You'll be part of a team that values clinical excellence and supports your professional growth in this specialized area.

This role focuses on treatment-based massage , not spa or relaxation massage-you'll be an active part of each patient's rehabilitation and performance care plan.

In this role, you will :

Provide one-hour treatment massages tailored to each patient's unique needs

Collaborate with physical therapists to ensure treatments align with each plan of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Work independently while contributing to a positive, professional clinic environment

Requirements :

Current Washington State Massage Therapy License

Completion of an accredited massage therapy program

Experience or interest in treating tactical athletes and first responders

Insurance credentialing preferred, but not required
