Occupational Therapist (OT) | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN | Skilled Nursing & Rehab | Ohio OT License Required

Kingston Healthcare is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in Ohio. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible PRN work with a formal PRN agreement, this is a great opportunity to deliver personalized therapy in a collaborative, resident-focused setting.

Responsibilities : Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans. Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on helping residents regain independence and function in daily living. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques. Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed. Promote a positive, supportive environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and empowerment.

Qualifications : Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Active OT license in the State of Ohio required. Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred. New grads with a strong clinical foundation are welcome. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to person-centered care and teamwork.
