Job descriptionBachelors degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field, with HACCP certification required. Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, ideally within a USDA FSIS-regulated meat facility; import / export experience is an asset. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA / FDA regulations, and food safety standards, with a proven commitment to regulatory compliance. Demonstrated leadership ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced production environment. Skilled in production scheduling, workflow optimization, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with experience using ERP or production management software preferred. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, health and safety, and cost-control strategies, with a focus on continuous improvement. Able to work in a refrigerated (0C4C) production facility with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work. Monday-Friday 6 : 00am-3 : 30pm
