This role leverages deep expertise in all major HR disciplines to influence department strategy, guide leadership development, and drive organizational effectiveness. The Senior HRBP partners with Centers of Excellence(CoEs) to implement ministry-wide HR solutions, fosters alignment between business and HR strategy, and supports change management initiatives to build a resilient and high-performing workforce.
