Claims Supervisor with Licensing

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor to manage a dedicated claim unit while ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a claims unit to ensure superior service and compliance with regulations

Develop team members and conduct performance reviews, ensuring adherence to service standards

Oversee claims investigations, approvals, and audits while managing a caseload of serious claims

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or 8+ years of relevant experience required

Litigation experience preferred

Relevant state licensing or ability to obtain licensing required

2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of workers' compensation claims procedures and relevant laws
