Our client, a leading provider in the hardware and industrial supply industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Sales / Customer Service professional to join their team. Job Title : Counter Sales / Customer Service
Location : Green Bay, WI
Pay Range : $17.00 - $20.00
Shift : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
What's the Job?
- Learn and familiarize yourself with the stock SKUs using the provided stock book, and locate items efficiently within the warehouse.
- Write up sales orders and invoices accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and proper record-keeping.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to foster positive relationships.
- Schedule and maintain a calendar for customer consultations to support sales team activities.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
- Answer general phone calls, providing helpful information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Handle cash transactions, perform drawer counts, and ensure balanced registers at the end of each shift.
- Assist with general office duties and filing, supporting the sales team as needed.
What's Needed?
Prior experience of 2-3 years in a customer service or sales support role.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Good customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience.Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.What's in it for me?
