Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities, introducing prospects to the sales team and ensuring alignment with company offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent engagement and effective communication.
- Drive lead generation efforts using outbound calls, emails, social platforms, and sales tools to expand the pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Marketing, and Client Success to support sales initiatives.
- Track and manage leads, re-engaging prospects regularly to uncover new opportunities and overcome objections.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in B2B services or technology.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in cold outreach.Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Qualifications :
