Business Development Associate (remote)

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a key role. Successful BDAs are able to effectively communicate with C-Level people, navigate Saleforce CRM, and maintain high levels of outbound activity while working remotely.

Responsibilities:
•Identify new business opportunities
•Ensure that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
•Utilize software to track leads
•Set appointments almost exclusively via outbound calls
•Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
•Maintain relationships with existing clients


Qualifications:
•Minimum of 1 year inside sales experience
•Excellent organizational skills
•Experience in business-to-business sales
•Strong work ethic and consistent sales activity
•Excellent communication skills;both verbal and written
•Experience working in Salesforce CRM a plus
•Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet navigation
