Join Our Team at Healing Haven!

Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy.

Our services include :

1 : 1 ABA therapy

Parent training programs

Speech and occupational therapy

Counseling

Autism testing and assessments

We are looking for energetic individuals to provide 1 : 1 therapy to help children improve communication, social, and play skills. Training and certification are provided, and Behavior Technicians receive on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position : Non-Exempt

Benefits :

Competitive pay with annual eligibility for merit increases

$20 / hour starting rate for 1+ year of experience in the field with active RBT certification

Key Responsibilities :

Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)

Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families

Document behaviors and collect data

Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments

Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Professional references

Reliable transportation

Clean criminal history

Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push / pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy services

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and staff

Pay : $17–$25 per hour
