Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the chemical industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Attleboro, Massachusetts

Pay Range : Up to $90,000

What's the Job?

Provide safety leadership and serve as a safety culture role model for 24 / 7 operating unit personnel

Ensure safety procedures are followed and establish a proactive safety culture within the production unit

Prepare and facilitate plant-wide safety meetings to promote awareness and compliance

Maintain compliance with operating permits, rules, and regulations

Train personnel, maintain operating procedures, and ensure training documentation is current

What's Needed?

Degree in Engineering or Business strongly preferred

Experience in chemical plant manufacturing or similar industrial environments

Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

Effective leadership skills and the ability to work productively in a cross-functional team environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve work issues efficiently
