Position : IT Helpdesk / Network Support

Position Overview :

Please note : This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. We are unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.

As an IT Helpdesk / Network Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees and clients. You will also play a critical role in maintaining and improving our network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first-line technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor and maintain network systems, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect our network and data
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions on our network
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including updates and patches
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions
• Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our network and systems are utilizing the latest technology and best practices
