South Carolina Licensed Title Officer

A company is looking for a Title Officer to evaluate and analyze title records for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Examine title search documents to determine requirements for clearing title and insurability

Create and revise title commitments in accordance with guidelines and client instructions

Communicate with clients and office staff regarding title insurance coverage issues and ensure timely completion of title products

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of title experience

High School diploma

Title Producer's License

Able to follow company procedures and meet customer service expectations

Strong research and investigative skills
