The Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) analyst will be supporting the financial management of the Sikorsky Line of Business Advance Programs. This role will include all facets of program finance including establishing/managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), conducting Earned Value analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis using various enterprise toolsets including Cobra and SAP. The Senior Analyst will work cross functional alongside program management, IPT's, CAM's, engineers as well as our own F&BO organization to meet the expectations of this production program.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Earned Value Management Systems knowledge/experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced application of Excel capabilities (knowledgeable in creation and operation of Pivot and Lookup tables), PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Heritage Sikorsky SAP, RMS SAP, COBRA and wInsight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
