Heavy Equipment Operator

360X Staffing is hiring for Heavy Equipment Operators in Stamford, TX.

Pay : $26 - 30 / hr DOE + $85 per diem for days worked

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators with experience operating  Epiroc SmartRoc D65-10 or similar drill rigs (SmartROC, Pit Viper, etc.).

Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor Epiroc SmartRoc D65-10 drills to perform blast hole drilling according to specified patterns and depths.

Conduct pre-start inspections, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of the drill rig.

Utilize onboard automation and control systems to maximize drilling efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain accurate drilling logs, hole alignment data, and production records.

Communicate effectively with the drill and blast team, maintenance, and supervisors regarding equipment status and site conditions.

Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Previous experience operating Epiroc SmartRoc D65-10 or similar drill rigs (SmartROC, Pit Viper, etc.).

Strong understanding of surface mining or quarry drilling operations.

Ability to read and interpret drill plans and technical drawings.

Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with computerized drilling systems.

Working Days :  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Working Hours : 50+ hours per week
