JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a proactive PR and Communications Specialist to operationalize and elevate our interactions with PR agencies, manage our corporate speaking and awards program, and effectively develop integrated communications plans for diverse programs including business, AI, technology, and corporate responsibility. The role requires connecting cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, driving communications workstreams, and leveraging GenAI tools for content creation. Experience in managing media relations and creating impactful communications materials is essential.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Coordinate with multiple PR agencies, including scheduling, agenda development, and ensuring the progress and completion of actions.
- Develop and manage a wide range of communications materials and drive integrated communications plans.
- Spearhead the corporate speaking and awards submission process, ensuring full-circle execution and amplification.
- Provide support for media outreach, handle media inquiries efficiently, and monitor media coverage closely.
- Utilize GenAI tools for enhancing communications content and reporting media activity effectively.
