Job Title : Database Developer
Location : Hybrid (Center City Philadelphia, PA - 1 day / week onsite)
Start Date : 7 / 21 or ASAP
Duration : Permanent Full Time
Compensation Range : $110- 140K + 10% annual bonus
Job Description :
Develop and maintain scalable, performance-optimized data solutions across on-premise and cloud platforms for enterprise financial systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
- Maintain and enhance ETL processes using SSIS / SSRS and Visual Studio
- Support Snowflake cloud-based solutions including SnowSQL and data sharing features
- Write Python scripts for data automation and analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
- Monitor performance and ensure data reliability and security
- Participate in rotational on-call support
Requirements :
5+ years as a hands-on Database Developer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
