Senior Manager, Workplace Investing DC Innovation
As a Senior Manager in Fidelity's Workplace Investing DC Innovation Product Area, you will be a member of a strategic product team working to acquire new clients. Day to day, you will work closely with a team of cross functional and dedicated partners (product, marketing, sales, analytics technology, legal, compliance & risk partners) responsible for streamlining go-to-market processes and gaining market share in the small business space.
In this role, you will be a part of the Fidelity Advantage 401(k)SM acquisition team, focused on driving scalable growth by delivering new capabilities and enhancements to go-to-market and sales enablement activities. The ability to build strong working relationships across the organization, while enforcing clear roles and responsibilities, is a must. As a Senior Manager, you should be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
The Work
Conduct E2E analysis of acquisition processes from marketing to sales to implementation.
Support acquisition partners (product, marketing, analytics, sales, and sales support) to ensure efficient and effective processes.
Partner with acquisition team members and marketing leaders to develop compelling and effective go-to-market assets.
Partner with acquisition team members and sales leadership to increase win rate and reduce drop off between commitment and implementation.
Identify and track metrics that matter across the E2E acquisition journey.

The Team
The Acquisition and Fiduciary Services team falls within the DC Innovations Product Area in Workplace Investing. The team focuses on driving scalable growth to Workplace Investing's fiduciary products. Our role is to turn sales goals into achievable plans and processes that deliver outstanding growth year over year.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
