Position Overview :

As part of the talented Global Supply Chain Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our global distribution strategy. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all distribution channels, while delivering on revenue, margin, and growth objectives. The role also leads the development and execution of a forward-looking global distribution strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and customer-centric goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in third-party logistics (3PL) management, global supply chain operations, and customer-centric distribution models.

• Define and implement a global distribution strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead the transformation and optimization of the global distribution network to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance agility.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support market expansion, new product launches, and customer experience initiatives.

Working Conditions :

The anticipated pay range for this position is $129,500 - $219,000, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick's long-term incentive program.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
