Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 10-15 years of experience in Fault Management solution design and implementation
• Expertise in integrating Fault Management across OSS, Service Management, and network domains
• Proficient in FM tools : IBM Netcool / NOI, AIOps, Oracle Assure1, ServiceNow, OpenNMS
• Skilled in integration frameworks : REST APIs, Kafka, Webhooks
• Experienced with cloud containerization : Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker
• Knowledgeable in industry standards : TM Forum, ITIL, MEF, 3GPP, ITU-T
• Strong domain expertise in IP, Optical, RAN, Core, Fixed Access, and 5G
