Job descriptionAGACNP certification required Current Texas APRN license (or eligibility) Minimum 2 3 years of RN or NP experience in a critical care setting Strongly prefer candidates with experience in : Heart failure and cardiac ICU Post-transplant, CV recovery, LVAD, and ECMO Open to new AGACNPs only if they have 2 3 years of ICU RN experience with relevant cardiac / cardiovascular populations Must be willing to work nights, rotating weekends, and holidays Competitive salary with shift differentials Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision Retirement plans with employer match CME allowance and support for continuing education Paid time off, holidays, and wellness leave

Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time night shift position (12-hour shifts : 7pm 7am)
- Paid for 40 hours / week
- Rotating weekends and holidays; no call required
- Work with advanced cardiac and critical care populations, including :
- VV / VA ECMO
- Mechanical Circulatory Support
- Heart & Lung Transplant
- LVAD
- Post-operative Cardiac Surgery
- Collaborate with a top-tier, multidisciplinary team in one of Houston s leading heart failure ICUs
- Professional growth supported through a structured Nurse Advancement Program
