Agriculture Drafter

GPAC is working with a General Contractor that specializes in designing and building livestock facilities (poultry, dairy, swine). This 100% remote Drafter role supports both sales (conceptual drawings) and project management (full building layouts), covering everything from concrete / civil work to structural and ventilation design.

Role Highlights :

Create detailed 2D / 3D drawings using Revit & AutoCAD

Draft conceptual designs and full construction documents

Work on livestock facility layouts, including animal flow, ventilation, and structural components

Occasional travel for training or site exposure

Qualifications :

3+ years drafting experience (architectural / structural preferred)

Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills required

Experience with agricultural or livestock facilities is a plus; candidates with general ag knowledge are also encouraged

Compensation : $70,000–$87,000 base
