We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Position Summary : As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will assess and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor challenges. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that support children's functional independence at home, in school, and in the community. Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on sensory integration, fine motor skills, ADLs, play skills, and more Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other therapists Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities Educate families on home programs and strategies to support development Supervision of OTA Qualifications : Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license in the state of [State] Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, or early intervention settings) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and their families What We Offer : Flexible scheduling options Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing professional development and training Opportunities for career advancement Access to a fully equipped therapy gym and resources Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $55 - $65 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
