Position Overview :
We're seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If you're a hunter with a heart-someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approach-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.)
- Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs
- Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile :
3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industriesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesSelf-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindsetKnowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plusWhat We Offer :
