As a Recruiter at CR Fitness, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent who will drive our culture of "People Over Profits" and fuel our expansion. This is more than just filling roles, it's about building careers, shaping teams, and making an impact across our growing footprint.

Job Summary

The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple club-level and leadership positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner closely with operations leadership, source and screen high-quality candidates, and showcase why CR Fitness is the place to grow a career in fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional and Club Leaders to understand staffing needs and build recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and extending offers.
• Source top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Promote CR Fitness' culture, growth opportunities, and benefits to attract candidates who align with our vision.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our "No Judgments" philosophy.
• Track recruiting metrics, ensuring goals for candidate flow, time-to-fill, and quality of hire are consistently met.
• Build talent pipelines to support new club openings and ongoing expansion.
• Support and promote our internal referral program and employee growth opportunities.
