The Clinical Support Associate performs various general clerical, communicative and support services tasks to Nursing, Medical, and other staff members on the nursing unit.

Qualifications :

H.S Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
1-2 years of related / clerical experience required
Familiarity with medical terminology required

Work Schedule : 24 hours / Evening shift (3 : 00 pm-11 : 30 pm) rotating weekends and holidays

Gaylord nursing units offer a variety of skills such as :

Milne Units : Step down / progressive care unit of level of care includes :

Continuous telemetry monitoring

Ventilator support and weaning

LVAD patient population

Heart Transplant population

Lyman 1 & Hooker 1 : Medical Units offer skills such as :

Stroke

Complex wounds

Telemetry

Pulmonary care

Lyman 2 & Hooker 2 : Specialty Units are CARF Accredited with a focused patient population :

Traumatic Brain Injury

Stroke

Spinal cord Injury
