Fitness Sales Representative

B2C sales position: Offers between $5,000 - $15,000 specifically selling to consumers looking for at home personal training

Full time role with base salary and high commission on track earnings of $5-$7K/mo in first 3-6 months, then $7-10K/mo for 6 - 12 months out.

Here are the requirements:
-You must be able to commit full time hours (at least 40 hours/week including some evenings and weekends)

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Taking 4-6, one hour long sales calls per day on zoom booked for you from warm inbound leads, in order to enroll high ticket clients into one of our personal training packages
-Showing up to daily sales meetings, and conducting 20-30 minutes/day of daily reporting and administrative activities
-Working directly with appointment setters to close deals into the coaching program..

WHO THIS IS FOR:
-If you like to be paid off of PERFORMANCE (meaning the results you bring to the company) rather than hourly pay, this is for you.
-If you are LOYAL, and want to have a long term relationship with your employer who will treat you the right way for years to come, this is for you.
-If you have experience with closing high ticket deals (or any kind of in person sales experience - insurance, outbound prospecting/cold-calling, door-2-door sales, etc), this is for you.

Compensation:
Given that this is a SALES role, you are paid off of your performance and how many deals you close for the sales team

You will be receiving roughly 8-12% of each deal you close (annualized value as well) so not just cash collected

Income will likely start around 5-7K/mo, with potential to grow into the $10-12K/mo+ range. (NOTE - income will largely depend on the price point of the offer you sell. For ex: if you are selling only 3 month packages at $320 per month compared to 12 month packages at $900 per month
