Job Description
A Vista, California based client is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate patient care. An ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, and works well in an interdisciplinary team. This clinic is a fast-paced environment and providers are responsible for medical services in a PACE facility. Applicants should have two years of experience as an NP to apply.

Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of the elderlyPerform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow upArrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic servicesChart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy and JCAHO standardsCoordinates the preparation of reports and written documentation including medical records, as required by the department clinic, state and federal agenciesSupervises Nurses and assistants in examining room and may serve as preceptor for team membersBenefits
