Home Health SLP role covering patients within a 50-mile radius in Marin County. Responsible for evaluations, treatment planning, dysphagia management, patient / family education, clinical documentation, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. Includes flexible scheduling and involvement in training assistants / students.
