Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist will work in a home-based care setting providing therapy to patients with various diagnoses, including ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries. Flexible shifts are primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work every third weekend and minor holidays if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy to patients in a geographical region.
• Participate in a 1.5-2 week orientation for floor-specific protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience with the Oasis government-mandated form.
• One year of experience in PT/OT/Speech, with home setting experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
