Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers. Working knowledge and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds. Willing to complete a blueprint reading course.

As a CNC Turning / Milling set up and production operator at your focus will be to :
- Set Up Operate CNC milling machinery
- Familiar with Macro programming.
- Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.
- Obtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select insert types, and check tools for accuracy.
- Interpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.
- Make necessary calculations for tool depth and tool adjustments.
- Move completed material to next workstation.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
