Position : Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist (Part-Time)
Location : 6264 Lewis St, Ste 100, Parkville, MO 64152
Schedule : Thursdays plus 1-2 other days during the week. 8am-5pm.
Compensation : Depends on experience
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled PART-TIME Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our outpatient orthopedic team! We are looking for a passionate clinician with experience in hand therapy to provide exceptional care to our patients. While a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is preferred, it is not required—candidates with solid hand therapy experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Collaboration : Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.High Standard of Care : Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).Personalized Treatment : Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.Relationship-Building : Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapyCPR certificationValid driver’s licensePreferred Qualifications :
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedicMinimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferredAdditional Data
