Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth and expand revenue from existing customers to meet or exceed targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and account management
Lead and scale high-performing Sales and Customer Experience teams across North America and India
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through new sales and customer expansion
Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams across Sales and Customer Experience
Deep understanding of sales cycles in mid-market or enterprise environments
Analytical and data-driven with strong business judgment and financial acumen
