Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is preparing for the busy holiday season and is inviting entry-level candidates to apply at our Safford dispensary.

This posting is part of our holiday season staffing expansion . While the need is not immediate, we are accepting applications now to build our team in advance. Please note that the hiring process at this location may take longer than at stores with immediate openings - but this is a permanent position , not a temporary or seasonal-only role.

If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.

PAY : $15-15.50 / hour + shared tip pool

SCHEDULE : 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off

Morning shift : 6 : 30 AM-2 : 30 PM

Mid shift : 11 AM-7 PM

Closing shift : 2 : 30 PM-10 : 30 PM

(Some locations may have later closing shifts depending on store hours)

👉 Please note : All team members must be available to work any of the shifts listed above and will be scheduled for a mix of morning, mid, and closing shifts each week.

Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.

Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.

Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.

Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.

Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.

Full shift flexibility : able to work mornings, mids, closings, and holidays with no schedule restrictions.

Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours each week.

High School Diploma / GED.

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.

Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.

Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.

Basic math skills and computer knowledge.

Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.

Personal smartphone required (iPhone IOS 14+ or Android OS 4.4+).
